The content includes but is not limited to: building operation services, maintenance and repair management services, public environment management services, public security and order guarantee services, conference and activity guarantee services, and logistics support services. This project's one-time procurement is valid for three years. The contract is signed annually. After passing the assessment by Party A each year, the contract will be renewed for another year, with a maximum of no more than three years.
